twogirlsonebillboard.com is operated by Dodo Media LLC. This describes what we collect and who else touches it. It is short because we collect very little.

If you just look at the site

You do not give us anything and we do not ask you to log in — there are no accounts on this site. Our analytics provider records the visit, as described below.

If you buy a placement

We store, in our own database:

• The brand name, headline, icon URL and destination URL you chose.
• The domain of that destination, which is how we identify repeat advertisers.
• The amount you paid, when, and the Stripe payment reference.
• Your email address — which we do not ask for. Stripe collects it during payment and passes it back to us afterwards, so we can send a receipt and contact you about the placement.

We never see your card details. They go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Analytics

We use two analytics providers, for different reasons:

• DataFast measures visitors, page views and clicks on advertisers' links. These are the numbers published on the site, and on a public dashboard anyone can check — which is the point of using it. It sets datafast_visitor_id and datafast_session_id cookies, and when you buy a placement these identifiers are attached to the payment so DataFast can report which channel produced the sale.
• Google Analytics is used for our own reporting only. Nothing on the site reads from it. It sets _ga and _ga_FQNRRS4SJG cookies.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. The only cookies on the site are the analytics ones above and those set by Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form. You can block all of them in your browser and the site will work normally — the billboard, the leaderboard and the checkout do not depend on them.

The contact form

Messages are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes them to our inbox. It receives the name, email and message you type. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which assesses whether you are a person; this is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.

Who processes your data

• Stripe — payments, and the source of your email address.
• Supabase — our database, hosted in the United States.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the site.
• DataFast — analytics, including revenue attribution.
• Google — Analytics, and reCAPTCHA on the contact form.
• Web3Forms — contact form delivery.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors above, except where we are legally required to or where we are reporting illegal content as described in the Content Rules.

How long we keep it

Leaderboard entries are permanent by design — that is what you bought — so the brand name, headline, icon, link and price of a completed takeover stay published indefinitely.

Your email address is kept for as long as we may need to contact you about the placement. Payment records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Email itsdodomedia@gmail.com and we will action it.

One limit worth being straight about: we can delete your email address and contact details, but a completed takeover's public leaderboard entry is part of the permanent record of the auction. If you want that entry anonymised, ask and we will discuss it.

Children

The site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will update this page if what we collect changes, and update the date at the top.
